I recently got a positive result on my pregnanacy test, but I had no Implantation bleeding. I have been pregnant twice before and had IB both times. This is perfectly normal isnt it? Or perhaps it did not implant...

I too had not a single drop of anything... I am 6 weeks and going strong. I'm sure everythig is ok but call your doctor if you want some rea__surance. Best of luck!

Only 25% of woman experience IB. It's perfectly normal. Relax and enjoy being PG.

I have 2 kids and never had IB. I think it is completely normal. They say some Dr. don't even believe it exist.

Hey everyone. Only at the most 33% of women are thought to ever get IB. So, its not that common. I'd be happier about *not* seeing any spotting (because that could be a sign of not-so-good things too.) It's great news and perfectly normal.

Thank you for your responses. It is hard to relax given that I miscarried both of my previous pregnancies. Has anyone had IB once and then no IB or the other way around? Thanks again, n.

You know..when you mentioned you had 2 miscarriages, it made me wonder if you really had implantation bleeding those times. Because like I said in my last resonse, personally I'd rather not see it, 'because it could mean 'not-so-good' things'. What I meant was, it *could* signal some trouble with the pregnancy. I know, that many times things turn out fine, but it can also happen due to hormonal imbalance, and that can cause or signal miscarriage. So, basically what I'm trying to say is, I think it might be good news (in your case) that you haven't had spotting/bleeding this time!! Tons of good wishes to you..!
