Yesterday I took a clear blue easy and got a negative. This morning I looked down at the test and it was a faint positive! The vertical line was very thin, dark on top and faded towards the bottom. Does anyone know what this means? Should I call the doc. I have been off the pill since the end of Feb. and haven't had a period since. Any advice?

usually a faint positive After the allotted period will mean a negative still. this is because the chemicals in the air have reacted with the test. have alook at peeonastick.com, if your not sure give it a couple of days and try again yeh!?

take it as its possitive. i got about 5 or 6 tests done and they all showed up kinda both. it showed possitive...but also negitive. i ended up haveing twins. go with the possitive if its faint. i did. get an altrasound if you can.

i'd get a blood test because you really aren't supposed to go by the test after 10 minutes.

I took 4 or 5 different tests, three came out faint pink lines, depending on test. some say don't read results after 10 min. I did the next morning. guess what? pregnant!

It is called an evaporation line and does not necessarily mean you are pregnant because you read it after the specified time. YOur periods may be messed up from going off the pill. Good luck, though!
