Hello all. Ok, here is my situation. I am on the patch...I had side effects like nausea my 1st and 2nd month but then they all went away. It's been about 5-6 months now. Last month I had a ton a preg. signs. I had the extreme nausea, light headed, white discharge, shortness of breath...ok well then I got my period the night of April 14. (it usually comes April 13 during the day) Ok, but I got it. It was pretty normal. But even a little during and after, the symtoms were still there (and that was my week off of the patch) So now I am still experiencing nausea, light headed, and shortness of breath. People have said that I could still be pg. But that's were some have said to take a test (and I did and it was neg)but I called the health department and they said it won't show up on a test since I just had my pg. Someone please help me...I am soo tired all the time I can't even get out of bed and all I want to do is be in my bed sleeping. I don't knwo what to do. I am 21 years old and looking for any advice you can give me!! (Sorry it's soo long)

Thank you for responding. I am only 21 and so I guess I was just hoping that I could wait. I am in college, going to graduate in December. So I am still on my mom's health insurance so I really don't want the bill to go to her. Do you know how much it would cost? Because in all honesty, if I'm not, then I still need to go and find out why I have this nausea and why I feel like I am soo tired all of the time. Looking for any suggestions.

Sorry, Heather, that last post with your name on it was supposed to be for you!

I may not be of much help, but the patch can make you feel this way too. Being tired is a big sign of pregnancy. You are right you do need to see a Dr. and find out if this is the patch or something else. I have heard of people getting pregnant on the pill, but not the patch.

Well Thank you everyone for your help. I went to the doctor tonight and got the blood test. It should be back within a day or two. I have mixed feelings, one minute I think I am, the next I don't think I am. The doctor didn't seem to think I was, so I guess we will find out in a day or so. Wish me luck!

Very nervous to get this test back. AHHH!!! That anticipation is killing me! Wish me luck!
