clomid changes the pattern of ovulation to a more regular cycle. its best to take it either days 5-9 of your cuycle or days 3-7. 24% of peoiple will become pregnant by taking it on days 1-4 of their cycle. it can also cause probles with fertility if you have hostile cervical mucus. you can become very emotional and hormonal and basically have some of the same problems that the pill can cause. it is however an overall good fertility drug

clomid is worth a shot. if you dont mind me asking, whats your diet like?

LOL, um ok ive been on this healthy eating thing no sugars or refined c___p, and just trying to eat no bread. Just all fruit, veg, wholemeal pasta etc, chicken/fish. But i do no physical exercise, sometimes skipping!!! Bit of a lazy arse, after work and uni feel so tired!! Sometimes workout with reebok step?? Why???

alot of women i have helped to concieve in my clinic found it easier to achieve conception after an organic diet. no chemicals. as in you can eat sugar, not alot of corse, but no sweetners. no chemicals. they also found 8-10 vegetables helped them to concieve. having alot of dairy excluding cheese and eggs helped them too, and not eating stuff like pasta and bread and noodles, and sticking to things like potatoes and rice helped them no end. its worth a shot. everyone is different, everyones diet is different, but even if you dont concieve the next month i wouldnt give up. you feel healthier and alot better inyourself and then its easier to relax and conceive
