Morning Sickness Anything For Relief

Hi, I'm now 5 weeks and 5 days along and starting to get morning sickness from the time I get up until I go to bed. I've tried eating smaller meals which helps but I've also been on an antibiotic prescribed by my doctor for a chest/sinus infection which I think may also be the culprit for feeling queasy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated to help get some relief.

Kerri-I think the "first trimester" board on this site had a whole thread last time I checked. I feel for you. I had it w/ dd for about 8 weeks and was sooo happy when it ended. Fell better soon!

Kerry, I know exactly how you feel, I am 7 weeks and I have found that nibbling on a few dry crackers usually helps me, but I've heard that ginger or lemon is also a good remedy. Good luck to you hope you feel better soon.

Hi Liz and J, Thanks for the advice and I agree it is the worst time right now since I've been under the weather being sick from the cold bug as well. But I'll try the crackers and the only funny thing is that since the last few weeks I have no appet_te or really want to drink anything but I know that I have to because the baby needs all the nutrients it can get right now so I'm toughing it out as best as I can and I agree it will pa__s and boy will I be glad when I can get some energy back as well so thanks for the feeling better and keep in touch!
