Pregnant After Tubal Ligation

I have 2 daughters, 17 and 15, had ligation when 15 year old born. Tubes were burned. I am 40 years old. Periods always been very regular, heavy, but regular. LMP was Feb 21. Think, if I am indeed pregnant, concieved on or about March 7th. Perfect timing, was visiting my BF in NC at the time. I had that *inner* feeling I was pregnant at that time, but dismissed it because of the tubal ligation. Expected next MP on or about March 19th, never came. Took HPT on April 1, negative. In the meantime feeling pregnant..All Day sickness (including car sickness, never had that before) sore br___ts, very tired all the time. Came home and saw GYN, he did blood test, negative. He refused to do any pelvic exam or other tests, dismissed it as not pregnant due to ligation. Saw in this site where many women do not show up positive at all, but end up being just as pregnant as they thought. It also happened to a friend of mine. She was convinced pregnant, doctors told her she had a tumor. Her *tumor* is now 23 years old. She also has a 12 year old flu bug LOL April 15th, still no cycle, but minor spotting consistant with some pregnant women. Jeans are tight, I am eating like I'm pregnant, gaining weight. B--ts still tender, still tired most of the time. Seeing my old GYN for second opinion Monday. She moved and due to transportation issues, I chose not to see her any more..but will travel to see her for this. She will take me seriously. Will do exam/Ultrasound, etc if I ask. Anyone else in same situation?

Denisa, you said you are 40. Are you sure it is not perimenopause? Anytime after age 35 a women can have irregular periods due to menopause. Perimenopause is the period between menopause, when hormone levels begin to shift and a women begins to notice changes in her mood and cycles.
