Last night while having s_x with my girlfriend the condom broke and I came in her. At this point in our lives we don't feel we're ready to have a baby yet but now are unsure of what's going to happen. Since's anemic and sometimes doesnt get her period we don't know if she could get pregnant she hasn't got her period in over a month and a half although normally gets cramps while having a period and hasnt got any recently. My question is, can she be ovulating without menstruating and possibly get pregnant from this? any input is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

No, she wouldn't menstruate without ovulating, however ovulation occurs about 2 weeks before menstruation, and in a case like hers you have no way of knowing when it will happen. All you can do is wait two weeks from the day you had s_x and have her take a test. By the way, condoms are one of the worst birth control methods, since they often break. If you're going to use them as your primary method of birth control, then make sure and use a spermicidal foam or some other backup method in conjunction with it. If you're having s_x regularly, your girlfriend may want to think about going on the pill or patch. Good luck!
