Too Early For Ectopic Pregnancy

I'm not due to start my period until Dec. 1st, but I'm wondering if its possible to be having signs of an ectopic pregnancy this early? The condom broke when my bf and i were having s_x about a week ago. I took plan be within 36 hours. No side effects were really noticed from the plan b. About 3 days AFTER taking it I started to notice some abdominal pain -really low on the left side, as if on the ovary. It's pretty much always there now. It hurts worse when I really need to pee or go number 2 - and is bothersome during s_x. I'm wondering if this could be ectopic? Or a cyst? Or could it just be caused by the plan b delaying ovulation and perhaps causing weird cramps from the ovary?

Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy usually show up around 7 weeks. It's probably pain a__sociated with delayed ovulation.

Thank you very much for your response. I'm just a little nervous I guess. Should I call my doctor - or should I just wait and see if af shows and if its normal? Doesn't sound like anything too urgent? Thanks!
