I have had my tubes tied for 7 1/2 yrs and my periods are normally on time every month. I have never missed a period since my tubes have been tied. I missed for April. The only other signs I have been having is light, cramping pain in the middle of pelvic. In the very lower bottom, sometimes i even feel it (pressure) in my va___al especially when I have been sitting down. I went to the emergency room, did a pregnancy test was negative, did tw ept's at home but was negative also. Doctor tested for infections and alot of other stuff, everything came back negative. I have no achy leaky br___t, have had nausea a little bit. nothing unusal expect the light cramps in lower stomach. Could I be pregnant. This is just not like my period to do this. They couldn't do a ultra sound because that dept is not open on weekends. I have a dr. appt on Wed. Hope I can find something out then.

Although its rare, it can happen. A family member of mine had her tubes tied and ended up having a 5th child. I believe that it depends on the procedure. I heard that some have it were the tube is cut and tied, Im a__suming they dont do that anymore. But I have heard that now they cut and burn the end. Ive only spoken to a few who have had it done.

How late are you?

I believe I am around 2 weeks late. i am in the bed right now with cramps. The cramps is only in my lower pelvic area. Not on any particular side. I go to the bathroom and I see nothing. But it feels like my period is going to come on any minute. It is really cramping and feeling like something is in the spot where I am hurting in my lower pelvic. My period should have came on the last week in April.

I have heard of women getting pregnant when having there tubes tied, it is soooooooooo rare though. May I ask how old you are? Maybe you are going through early menopause? Though you mention your starting to bleed so maybe af is finally showing up.

I am only 33. My period has gotten a little heavier than just spotting. But it is not as heavy as it normally is. When I wipe, I keep seeing little pieces of clot blood on the tissue. I only seen that one time though. However I don't believe I am pregnant. But I am just curious to know why is was so late anyway. This is the very first time this has happened since my tubes have been tied 7 1/2 yrs ago. I am really cramping though. Left work because of it. I am cramping in my lower abdomen and back. I can't believe that my period is not that heavy. I normally go about 6-7 days. But because the flow isn't really strong, I don't believe I am going to make it all the way through the full 6-7 days.

I am in the same boat. I had my tubes tied September of 2013 and my cycle has always been regular until now. I have had a cycle since 4/21/17 and I've been having mild cramping.... Nothing serious. I've taken one hpt and it was negative although my fiance said he saw a very faint line. Is it possible that I'm pregnant?
