31 yr old, we have been trying for 2 years. My cycle has not been perfect, but is usually 25-27 days. The first day of my last period was 11/26/04. Still no period. I took several hpt, negative. Went to Dr. today, gave urine test, negative. We have been praying so hard for a baby and i am late, never late like this. I am not sure if my "symptoms" are pms or pregnancy; the only real difference I notice is that I cry a lot! I cry at anything and do not know why....I don't really have cramps - more like tightening of muscles in my abdomen. I also feel exhausted (but haven't been sleeping well?) Dr. suggested i take another hpt at end of week, but until then I will go nuts without hearing from you and your opinion. Thanks for your time and response...I am so obsessed - I can not sleep (Not sure if that is why i feel exhausted).

I have not been where you are! I have not been trying for 2 years and I know you must be so frustrated!! I have only been trying for one month and I am 2 weeks late. I have been late before though and my doctor says that my weight could be what is causing my periods to be irregular, but I did have a reg. period last month and I am hoping that that means that I ovulated. So I will cross my fingers for you and me. I hope thing work out for you!! Let me know!! :)

A late period, unusual tugging feeling in the abdomen, and fatigue are enough to let you keep hoping. Watch for b___st changes, intestinal changes, peeing, v____al discharge etc. You should prob test once a week. When you miss a second period the doc will want to see you again. Good luck!
