i know theres so many questions on here about periods and pregnancy. but i was just wondering. i have been expecting that im pregnant for a couple weeks now, and three days ago i got my period, which was alot lighter than usual and is just tapering off now. usually my period lasts from six to eight days and is VERY VERY heavy the first two days. and i usually only get cramps for the first day. well..as usual the first day i got normal cramps but now, even though my period is pretty well gone, i still feel a...hmm how do i put it...its like a tugging..or really really mild mild period cramps...im just wondering if anyone else had this and was pregnant? also i have big blue veins all over my chest and br___ts and down my sides going to my pubic region...i've heard that blue veins on br___ts could be symptoms..but elsewhere too? i also had cold like symptoms about two weeks ago and feel really tired.. i know no one is a doctor here and can tell me exactly but im jsut wondering if anyone else had these symptoms?

Danielle, I'm afraid it's time to take a preg test. The "tugging feeling" is how many women describe early preg cramps. Fatigue is a premier sign - more time in bed but not necessarily more sleep. A runny nose is a sign as pregnancy hormones affect the mucus membranes. New veins go along with the body's efforts to create new blood vessels for the embryo. Light bleeing occurs in 25% of all pregnancies in the first trimester. Other signs to look for are intestinal upsets and unusual v____al discharge. I'm at [email protected] if you want to talk more.
