me - December 13

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years. We always wanted a baby but i knew we were too young then. Now im 18 and he`s 20. And we want to have a baby. I understand that he does alot because he`s older. I always did too and we did try to in the past but it never happened. The last 3 months we tried to and i thought i was because i always had my period a week late ... but it always came. So we havent been trying to on purpose anymore because it wasnt working. So im trying to let it just happen on its own ..... but its still not working because i was just off my period on friday. So i dont know whats wrong and i dont know why i cant get there any way that your chances can be higher?

hey there me. i know how you feel. my fiance and i have been together for 3 and a half years. im 19 years old. We both want to become parents soooo badly. we have been trying for 10 months now. we succeded early may but our happiness was cut short at almost 8 weeks (june 30) we waited 2 months before ttc again, this will be our 4th month since ttc again and stiff NOTHING. af is due next week. why is it always the people who really badly want to bring a baby into the world who are unable to do so, then there are other prople who are careless and dont wnat to have a baby and have a one night stand or whatever and fall pregnant just like that!!! its just not fair!!! i hope to hear back from yoiu LOADS OF BABY DUST TO YOU ~*~*~*~*~* XX

I'm sure you've heard all the usual advice. Here's some you might not have heard: don't take ibuprofen (motrin, advil, etc) while ttc, don't take melatonin (for sleep), papaya tablets (for digestion), or ephedra or ma huang (read any nutritional supplements you take carefully, especially those that are supposed to give you energy). Don't take antihistamines just before or during ovulation. Get plenty of rest, and don't get up to pee right after s_x. Also, don't stress out about it...nothing ruins a good s_x life like trying really hard to get pregnant. It will happen in time. If you have s_x regularly for a year and don't conceive, then you should see a doctor for it. And Ashlee, I've had two early miscarriages, before two successful pregnancies. I think what hurt me the most was seeing people who didn't want their babies or didn't take care of their children, when I so badly wanted a baby. Once you have a baby, the emotional pain of the miscarriage will fade.

Jbear, thanx for replying to me. i know it really does hurt seeing other mums who dont deserve their children. i know a girl who is sixteen and ready to have her baby when she cant even afford the rent for her house. a child shouldnt have to be brought up in a world like that. i believe once i have a child that yeah the pain of m/c will fade. i think what upsets me the most is that im not pregnant and everyone else around me seems to be. im also angry that i let my baby die, which is silly i know, as i had no controll over it what so ever. xx
