I just had my 38 week appointment and my doctor told me I am 3cm diolated and 50% effaced but also that my baby was sitting at a -3 station. The baby is is a little bit high and this freaks me out, does anyone know if I will be able to have a va___al birth? I do not want a c-section what can i do to help her move down? help please

When you go into labour your contractions will push her down. My first 2 sat extremely high until i was in labour. With my second i was induced and only in labour for 3.5 hours

No worries at all, some babies do not even engage untill labor begins. Mostly in second pregnancys. Gravity may help encourage your baby to move down, try walking or standing when possible also sit with you knees lower than you hips and with you back straight no slouching or leaning back when watching the TV.
