A Couple Aches And Pains Question

I'm 32 almost 33 weeks, and last night while laying in bed, I noticed a really sore feeling in my right br___t, almost like it was bruised. dh ran his hand across where I said it was sore, and the slightest touch sent pain through my br___t....could this be due to the making of the coloustrum(sp?), or do you think it's something else? It's not no where near as sore this morning, but still al ittle tender. Also, for the past few days my lower back and legs have been hurting sooo bad, almost like menstrual cramps you get in your lower back, and everytime i try to stand up i get a sharp pain in my lower back, and the cramps in my legs and feet have gotten crazy! The past couple nights my blood pressure and heart rate has gone up, I think I've been over doing it, but after lieing down for half an hour it goes back to normal. but night before last it was 149/123 and heart rate was 114. and then last night it was 132/100 and heart rate was 109.....I didn't know if it was something to be concerned about even though it went back to normal? And as for the other aches and pains didn't know if it was completly normal, or if it isn't suspose to be quite so bad? Thanks ladies!

mrose, my doc told me that the 3rd tri can really be that uncomfortable, but if everything goes back to normal after resting or drinking water then he says that things should be okay. i have been quite physically miserable myself. i won't even start to complain (it is a long list!). i really want to walk around and go shopping, but resting makes such a huge difference on all the aches and pains that i have to stay home completely bored. blah!!

I know how you feel...unfortunatlly I'm still working up until I possibly can. Luckily I work for my mother and myself, I manage her lingerie store, and I have my own photography business, so I can take my leave at anytime, but need to stay as long as possible...

mrose what is a normal blood pressure reading for you? I think you defl need to call your dr. offce and let them know that it is fluctuating that much. 149/123 is so not normal even for over doing it. Your body should be able to adjust, maybe showing a little higher reading, but not over the top like that. Good luck and contact your dr. about the blood pressure thing...As far as the b___b pain goes, it's prob. hormones causing them to be sore.

thanks staci for responding....a normal reading for me is no higher than 120/79, normally quite a bit lower, and a normal heart rate for me is around 88.

Hey mrose your welcome! 120/79 is a good reading, but it's still not good that it's flucuating so much. Could be the cause of your other discomforts? Anyway, wouldn't hurt to mention it ok? Good luck!
