Another Cramping Question But Please Read

I know it seems like we all get freaked out over cramps and stuff. Im not freaked out. Just want some opinions. I am 34 weeks pregnant. I was woke up last night by intense cramping that was sporadic. I went to work this morning but it started up again so I came home and slept it off. The best way for me to describe these cramps is to say they feel like super diarrhea cramps without the diarrhea. I can't tell if the pain is from my uterus or my stomach and colon. My gut tells me it has nothing to do with being pregnant, maybe I ate something that didn't agree with me. But the cramping is intense and even makes me feel slightly nauseous. I feel it mostly on my sides and in the front of my abdomen, like it starts at where my stomach is and works it's way down to just below my belly button, then creeps around to the sides, lingers, then stops. I know it's not braxton hicks...my stomach doesn't get hard. So any opinons?

Well I'm not sure what it is exactly, but sometimes I will get a pain that is all around, front to back, and it is like a combo of menstrual cramps/have to go potty cramps. I have been getting these since I was like 22 weeks, and actually I do remember getting them with my first two as well.
