Yesterday was our one year anniversary. It was so special, we didnt have a lot of money to spend but we still had a great day! We slept in, then we got up and went to lunch at the mexican restaurant. My virgin pina colada was wonderful! lol. Then we went and saw Over the Hedge. It was a really cute movie! Then we rented Tristan and Isolde and layed in bed watching movies and eating our wedding cake (we froze the top) and sipping sprite from champagne glasses. lol. It was somewhat corny but so sweet. He got me a dozen roses, and I found a poem on the internet and wrote it in calligraphy and framed it for him. Its so hard to believe we have been married for a year and will be parents in 10 weeks!!! AH!! :) Pics here if you are interested!!

awe ca__sie.. that's so sweet. :) It's great when you finally reach that one year mark and you get to say "yay! we made it!!" so many people have told me that the first year of marriage is very hard on a lot of couples. I guess my hubby and i were lucky because it was the best year for us. We celebrated our first anniversary (it's on new year's eve) by having dinner with his family (we were visiting them for the holidays) and right before midnight my hubby surprised me by taking me to the top of a hill to go sledding so we could spend our first new year's moment all alone and doing something fun. it was sweet of him. here we are.... three years and almost two kids later! Congratulations on your anniversary and your baby!!!

Thanks! Yeah, there were definately rough spots in the first year, but it was great over all. I love that newlywed in love fuzzy feeling! lol. Its great getting to know each other more and more every day and now we are taking this next step together, it is all so exciting! My mom had me and my sister both at 37 so weeks so I am really hoping I have that luck! I start back to cla__ses the 3rd week in August so I am hoping I go a little early so I have more time at home! We are having a boy, and his name is Connor Ethan! Do you know what you are having?
