I know that the further along you get the baby's movements tend to decress ... but how much. I'm 38 weeks & the baby isn't as active as it has been. I was @ the dr the other day & he said everything was fine but the baby has slowed down since then, I can still feel him/her every now & then, just not as common...this normal ?!

If baby is engaged (head down position) it is harder for him/her to move in general. My Dr. said to make sure at the most active time for baby, there are at least 10 movements in one hour or to call her. Running out of room now so it is normal for them to be a lot less active. Still, make sure you are feeling "some" movement every day. Good luck with your delivery- I'm right behind ya.....36 weeks here!!
