I would like to suggest that when you are spending time on the computer that you sit on a birthing ball (yoga ball) it helps relax your pelvic bones and can help your baby drop. It is kinda fun to bounce a little on it too. Good pre-labor exersize while you sit and type! They are pretty cheep to purchase and you can also use them while laboring at home before the hospital. I have even brought mine into the shower so I can relax without having to stand up or sit in water. I just love it and wanted to share.
