Morning Sickness Again

I am 39 weeks pregnant and for the last two days have been really sick. I can't seem to keep any food down. Is it possible this is a sign of labor? I had morning sickness in my early months of pregnancy, but nothing for several months. Does anybody else have this problem? Could it be that my little man will be here soon?

Could be. This may be a sign of labour. I have heard that when labour is imminent, women may experience physical ailments such as flu-like symptoms and maybe even nausea, such as in your case. It seems your little tyke will be here soon, just take care of yourself, get lots of rest and get plenty of fluids...and most importantly, take time for yourself!!! Best of luck!

Thanks Jenny. The little guy just doesn't seem to be in any hurry. My due date is May 17. I've just been feeling like I did in the first few months. I'm still working and my boss is getting a little upset because I have been calling off. I'm going to start maternity leave May 20.

ive been having the same problem and have been wondering if its a sign of anything. i feel miserable, i never got sick in the begginning, but now my stomach hurts, i have a stuffy nose and my throat hurts, and i was curious if this was a sign he was on his way. if so does anyone have any ideas on how long? ive lost my plug a few days ago, and the contractions i was having before that have increased in how often and pain, and moved to my lower belly.
