I'm 37 weeks and i'm hurting really bad between my legs! Its very painful to walk and it seems worse after laying down awhile. Does anybody know what it is and how to make it go away?

OMG... I have the same thing. It feels like a crazy amount of pressure in between your legs. No idea what it is!!!

I also have pain like you described. It gets swollen and alot of pressure. When I took a look "down there" It turns out I have varicose veins in my labia. I never thought that would happen to me. I am fit, 27 years old and this is my first baby. Anyway it is very painful and sore especially when I get up from lying down. I read that a maxi soaked in witch hazel may help. good luck!

Sounds like SPD, symphis pubis dysfunction, i have had it since the start of my second trimester and it gets worse for me every day that goes by. If this is what you defenetly have i really feel for you, i was just told it will go when my baby is born. its got to the point where ican barely walk though, try and get some help or a support belt. no one will take any notice of me about it.

good news ladies the pain goes away as soon as you have your baby but thanks for all your help

It sounds like, SPD, Symphis Pubic Dysfunction, where the pubic bone separates. It really does hurt, try lying on your side with a pillow under bump and legs, your physio can also give you a support belt.

it also might be round ligament pain.
