Dose anyone know if it is safe to paint a room during your third trimester??

there is never a 100% garentee but I have been told that water based products are ok to use in well ventalated areas. Many women have done it before to prepare their nursery. I guess it is up to you.

I think it depends on the paint. Check w/ your health physician!

Is it safe to paint your house when you are pregnant?

Benjamin Moore sells a low VOC water based latex paint. If you have the energy to actually do the entire job, trim and all - lucky you, but it's probably better for someone else to do it ::-) and keep good ventilation (open windows to create a cross breeze) going. If it's baby's room be sure to paint it at least a couple weeks before coming home with baby, longer if possible. Keep windows open in the room and don't put up the crib bedding, etc because they'll absorb the vapors of the paint.
