I have horrible pelvic pain when I sit, stand and its really intense when I lay down and attempt to roll over or move at night. I am 34 weeks and its getting close but not close enough. Any ideas to reduce the pain?

It is your body getting ready for the baby to come out, in the last few weeks of pregnancy your body does an enormous amount of stretching and can be quite painful, it is sometimes helpful to put a warm weat pack, or warm hot waterbottle where the pain is and just try to relax as much as possible.

I wish this pain had started as late for me as it did for you ladies. I started getting it @ 13 weeks. Check out the posts under "upper thigh pain and pelvic pain" in this subsection.

Bridget: What I do for it, is lie on my side and use one of those "Nasa" pillows that sink in you know what I mean?? They are expensive, but thankgoodness for them. I lie on my side and my belly lies on it and it relives most of it, in the morning, I am fine for a while. Hope this helps you out.
