Is anyone afraid that their va___a will be stretched and loose after birth and s_x will no longer be enjoyable. I have always been worried about this but now since I am in my third trimester I am so scared of having it become so loose my husband will find it unattractive.

I was afraid of this but after a while it does go back.

Yes. I am afraid of it, tho I heard that doesnt happen, especially after just one baby.

Since the v____a is a muscle, you can do kegals to keep it tight. These exersice your v____a walls and perinium.

Hi - July 26

For me s_x is actually better AFTER having baby! I have informally polled some other new mothers, most agree s_x is better now. Hope the same is true for you ladies.

Don't worry... it'll go back. Hubby's playground won't be ruined forever. LOL Just do your keagals now AND after birth and wait until the doc gives you the okay for s_x and tampons and all should be fine. P.S. if he complains that's "it's bigger" inform him that perhaps "he got smaller" LOL Turn around is fair play.
