hi all, just wondering if anyone has found a way of easing restless legs, it's turned me into a complete insomniac. am completley exhausted then lie down, wide awake and wait for the twitching to start, generally in line with the baby waking up and wriggling. only another 2 weeks til i finish work at which point it doesnt really matter when i sleep. but i need to be at work, dressed, showered and fed in 6 hours and have had no sleep again!! aarghhh! good to get used to no sleep for when baby arrives but i can hardly stand up during the day. ANY suggestions would be helpful!!!!

I am 37 weeks, I occasionally have been getting restless legs, but find stretching them during the day helps and if I get out of bed and walk about then go back to bed it goes away but may not work for you, as lizzy said try elevating them on pillows.
