Stiffness In Back And Abdomen

Hello Ladies, I was wondering if anyone else is stiff, not just a little, it takes me a couple of minutes to go from a sitting to a standing position. I know it is not my round ligament stretching. It is in my back, mostly lower but traveling upwards, and around to the very front of my abdomen in front of my belly button. If anyone has ever gotten food poisening and knows that feeling of stiffness, or not being able to breath, that kind of abdominal pain, it feels like that. But I am not ill, no fevers, nausea. It is kind of paralyzing. I'm headed to the OB today, just wandered if it has happened to anyone else. BTY I am 20 weeks 4 days. I asked this in 2nd tri too, just trying to see if this is normal?

I went to OB yesterday but he was doing an emergency C-section. I went home and layed down and about 11:00p I got up with horrible abdominal pains. I was doubled over. I had to go to the bathroom (sorry TMI). I had horrible diarrhea, so bad I couldn't breathe, could only take in short gasps of air (like when you cry so hard you can't breathe anymore). Any way, felt better a little, heard baby's HB this morning with doppler, but I am starting to get really stiff again in the same way. I think it was some kind of food poisening. I am a little worried because I don't want to do any harm to the baby. My apt was rescheduled for Friday, so I will tell the OB then. Anything like this happen to anyone else?
