I have the same thing but it sounds like you might be in more pain. My feet and hands are swollen and today my hands hurt really bad! Now i have to go to work and type for 8 hrs to make the pain worse. I have no idea what can be done for it I am going to talk to my doctor when I go in next. I also have tingeling and numbness in my hands I know you can develop carpel tunnel while pregnant but I also had it before hand.

I am 37 weeks 3 days now, and I have been battling swelling for a long time. It sucks, and I commiserate with your discomfort, but I don't really have any methods for alleviating said discomfort. I wish I did! When it comes down to it, the swelling will leave within two weeks after you give birth, or so my occupational therapist suggested. I keep my feet up a lot, drink plenty of water, ice my hands and feet if it gets too unpleasent and just wait wait wait wait.... Calcium and Magnesium supplements are supposed to help, as are some others. But, in the end, the solution is completing ones pregnancy and allowing internal fluid levels to return to normal. :) Waiting ....ya I know... It is hard!!! I am so tired of waiting. Maybe some well versed pregnant woman on this forum will have a temporary solution-- 3+ weeks in your case.
