Things To Do In The 3rd Trimester

I remember reading posts about things that were supposed to be good to be eating/drinking especially in the 3rd trimester. I can'tremember exactly what they were though so if anyone has any suggestions/or answers that would be great. I have heard alot about red raspberry leaf tea, should I be drinking that alot? And what was it that is supposed to be really good for the baby's brain development and what food has that in it? Anything else that really benifits the baby? I'm 29 weeks along ... getting closer to the date!

I have been taking those DHA supplements which you can buy for pregnant women they are by Enfamil. They are good for the babies brain and eye development. Also I would drink the red rasberry leaf tea until around your 37th week because it is suppose to prepare you for labor. I took the vitamins from GNC they are called Red Rasberry Leaf Vitamins I took 1 a day from 37 weeks on and had my baby 5 days early. Good luck! P.S. I am in my 29th week as well.

Omega 3 fatty acids are good for helping with brain development. They are found in fish, like salmon, and in eggs. I dont like either of those, so i eat walnuts, they have a ton of omega 3. I think the raspberry leaf tea helps induce labour, but im not sure. You probably shouldnt be drinking that until you are close to your due date.
