Tingling In Face When I Wake Up In Morning

Does anyone else have this problem? It almost feels like when a part of your body falls asleep. It's usually around my eyes and mouth. I don't know if this is swelling or what? It's only when I wake up in the morning and just started happening.

I think you have the swelling on the face which is completely normal during pregnancy. You'll get them on your ankles, feet & hands as well.

Hi ... it could be swelling, and if it is present in your face you should have a bp check and urine check, as it can be a sign of pre-eclampsia in some women. The other thing to consider if it is only on one side of your face is Bells palsy which is caused by a problem with a facial nerve and can occur during pregnancy (usually resolves afterward). Please do get your bp checked though just to be on the safe side. Swelling during pregnancy is not always normal, especially of the face. Good luck.

I don't have tingling in my face, but I've been having it in my arms from the elbow to my fingers! It almost feels like I've hit my funny bone. It happens when I straighten my arm out or move it a certain way. It usually goes away throughout the day though. Good luck with your problem - let us know what you find out...
