Dairy certainly doesn't help when you have diarrhea. In fact it can make it worse. Could your little one be getting teeth? Is she possible getting a cold. I would try some bananas, plain rice, crackers, toast, boiled potatoes, or cooked carrots to help firm it up. Does she seem to be dehydrated? (Does she have a dry mouth, no tears when crying? No wet diapers for more than 3 hours?Sunken eyes or cheeks? High fever? ). If she has the diarrhea for more than 3 days and/or has a high fever and/or any of the signs of dehydration I would call a doctor. Also, if she is dehydrated, have her guzzle pedialyte for a few days instead of milk. Good luck, I hope I helped.
