I'm 11 weeks, but my uterus measures at 18 weeks. It is not possible for me to be 18 weeks pregnant.

You'll have to have an u/s to find out. It's possible it could be twins, but that measurement is big, even for twins. You have to talk to your doctor. Twins tend to measure an average of 4-6 weeks ahead.

I'm 20 weeks preg with twins, and my measurment is 30 weeks. i keep thinking their is a third baby in there!!

could be, but an sono is the only way to know for sure. I have seen moms of multiple only measure 4-5cm bigger than a singleton and moms of a singleton measure 8-10cm bigger. I consistently measured 10cm bigger than dates after I hit the 20 week mark. My doc said it all depends on how short/size of your torso, how many pg you have under your belt and how close those pg are, how much amniotic fluid and where the placenta is located. Good LUck.
