I am feeling very discouraged. I can pinpoint the date of conception if it happened. June 14th. I did a hpt last week it was neg. did another one this week, neg. but when i count the weeks from the only day that I could have conceived it is only just 4 weeks now. According to the "books" week 1 is the first day of your last period. which would make me 6 weeks. This makes no sense. If I go by the day that I feel i may have conceived then i should wait another 2 weeks to test!! I am so sure I have conceived. I have been having some symptoms of bloating, mild headaches, abdominal pressure, dizziness, nausea, my sense of smell seems to be more acute. and my period was due June 29th, and on the 26th i had some brown spotting but only when I wiped. that lasted 2 days very little. I dont know, maybe its just wishful thinking. I have been praying for 3 years for this miracle and maybe its all psychosamatic. when should I test when I feel Im at 6 weeks?????

Hi guy's, I'm new to this forum, but wanted to make sure I joined as I was reading everyones posts desperately trying to find answers last week!! now I can help!! I have a 5 month old baby boy and found out 3 days ago I'm bfp again (can't wait) but had to go through the heart ache of bfn's and negative blood tests first - with my first 2010 I went to doctors "feeling pregnant and with a hpt positive" but came out the doctors deflated as his urine test said negative, I wasn't convinced and went to another doctors on my way home, they got me in there and then, my urine test came out positive, sent me for blood work and again positive... Not all doctors urine tests can obviously be accurate... This last months I'm 3 weeks late for af, no symptoms, 8 negative hpt's ( over the 3 weeks) went to doctors last week, bloodtest came back negative, hpt this week finally BFP went back to doctors, he didn't believe me and took some convincing to send me again for a bloodtest, got a phone call personally from him at 6pm in the evening and apologized and congratulated me on being pregnant, apparently my hgc levels didnt become high enough till I was 6 weeks pregnant, please have faith and patience, as false negative tests happen all the time xxx baby dust to everyone xxx

I'm new to this forum and don't know if I'm pregnant or not. My fiancé and I want to conceive, but we've had trouble in the past. I've always had irregular periods and the last three times we tried, I experienced rejection, followed by a week's worth of hemorrhaging. This time, it's been about 2 1/2 weeks, and I'm experiencing. Nausea (no vomiting), tender breasts, mood swings, and very gnarly food cravings. I know that every woman is different, and we all experience pregnancy symptoms differently, so I'm hoping. I took 2 at-home pregnancy tests, and they came out negative, and the other one couldn't decide if I was pregnant or not (they were digital). I have a Dr.'s Appointment on tthe6th, so I'm hoping to hear good news. (Wish me luck!). I've studied medicine, and know that women whom have an irregular menstrual cycle often-times show multiple negative results. But, with the way I've been going, the lower back pain, and the slight weight-gain along with frequent urination, my fiancé and I think we might have gotten lucky!
